Our service is a digital audit report. Once a payment has been completed, it is final and non-refundable, and completed purchases cannot be cancelled. We offer a $1 demo audit so you can evaluate the service before buying a full plan. The $1 demo payment is also non-refundable.
For the monthly and 6-month plans, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; amounts already paid are not refunded. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), email arberkenton2026@gmail.com and we will review it.
